PET POLICY
Pet Fees
Pets must be registered at check-in. Cabin stays: $50 per night, per pet. RV/Tent sites: $20 per night, per pet. Guests/Visitors: $15 day pass per pet. Maximum of two pets per unit.
Pet Behavior & Supervision
Pets must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, leashed at all times, and under the owner’s full control at all times. Pets may not be left unattended at any time during your stay.
Restricted Areas & Breeds
Pets are not allowed on the beach, resort boats, guest boats, lily pad, water slides, or inside the office/gift shop. They may swim between the docks on the East end of the resort. For the safety and comfort of all guests, certain breeds with known aggressive tendencies — including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, and Huskies — are not permitted on-site.
Vaccinations
Proof of current rabies vaccination is required for all pets at check-in.
Noise & Disturbance
Pets must not bark excessively or disturb other guests. If complaints arise, you may be required to board your pet elsewhere or leave the resort without refund.
Damages & Violations
Owners are fully responsible for all damage or injury caused by their pet and/or to their pet on property. Policy violations may result in additional charges up to $500, removal of the pet, and/or eviction without refund. Lake Emily Resort is not held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to pets, their owners, or others resulting from pet behavior, accidents, or interactions while on the property.
